Class 7JC Play: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe

Last week, Class 7JC transported their audience straight through the wardrobe and into the snowy world of Narnia with their enchanting production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

From the moment the lights dimmed, we were swept up in Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter's journey from the ordinary to the extraordinary — battling the icy grip of the White Witch and discovering the noble, gentle power of Aslan along the way.

The fight scenes were performed with great energy and care, while the set and props were imaginative and thoughtfully put together, helping to bring Narnia to life on stage. A particular highlight was the lion's head crafted for Aslan — a lovely piece of work that added real character to his scenes.

A huge well done to Class 7JC for such an immersive, imaginative and thoroughly magical performance!
