Class 11 at the BBC Proms

On Wednesday, despite the Tube strike, the intrepid Class 11 made it to the Royal Albert Hall to catch one of the last concerts in the BBC Proms festival. The students were bowled over by the experience and, as you can see, they had a birds-eye view of the concert as the majority were seated in the highest seats of the venue. The capacity audience received the programme with an extended ovation before we all made our way on foot back to the station. The trip fitted beautifully with the class's current Main Lesson focussing on Romanticism and Music, but the experience was reason enough to attend. Do listen if you have a moment.
