We’re delighted to welcome acclaimed author — and former Michael Hall pupil — Esther Freud and host an intimate evening in The Long Room at Michael Hall School on 24 April 2026. Esther will be discussing her powerful new novel, My Sister and Other Lovers (available to purchase at the event for £18.99, cash only). The evening will include a reading from the book as well as personal reflections and vivid memories from her time in Forest Row. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet Esther, hear her speak about her creative process, and enjoy a relaxed book signing afterwards.
