Class 4EN play - The Apples of Immortality

Class 4EN performed their Norse play ‘The Apples of Immortality’ this week. Loki, the trickster blood-brother of the Aesir is captured by the storm-giant Thiassi. Loki makes a disastrous promise saying he will bring him Iduna and her apples of immortality in return for his freedom. Without their apples, the Aesir begin to show signs of ageing and so Loki is sent to find Iduna in Jotunheim, the land of the giants.
The class worked on their musical ensemble playing, performing with violins, cellos, recorders, cymbals and drums to enhance the spoken word.
