Together at the Threshold: A 5-Week Waldorf Postpartum Workshop

Pregnancy, birth and the transition into parenthood can be some of life's most profound experiences. Yet while much attention is often given to preparing for birth, the postpartum period can sometimes feel less explored and supported.
Together at the Threshold is a nurturing five-week workshop designed for expectant and new parents who wish to prepare for and embrace this important stage with greater confidence, connection and care.
Led by Anna Schmidt, Waldorf and Postpartum Practitioner, this series offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect and build a supportive foundation for life after birth. Drawing on Waldorf principles and postpartum wisdom, participants will explore how to nourish themselves and their growing families through community, embodiment practices and nervous system regulation.
Throughout the five sessions, parents will be invited to consider both the practical and emotional aspects of the postpartum journey. The workshop creates space for meaningful conversations, shared experiences and gentle preparation for the changes that come with welcoming a new baby.
Whether you are expecting your first child or expanding your family, this course provides a supportive environment in which to connect with others navigating a similar path.

The postpartum period is often referred to as a threshold: a time of transformation, adjustment and growth. Together at the Threshold offers a gentle space to cross that threshold with intention, support and community.
