Mansion Market Booking Form

The Mansion Markets are lively and bustling artisan craft markets and in our stall selection, we strive to offer a wide range of shopping opportunities for our customers. In order to maintain the variety, we are not always able to accept a booking and stall allocation is at the discretion of the market organisers.

The majority of the catering is provided in-house as a school fundraiser so, to support this, we only host a few stalls selling consumable items.

Terms and Conditions

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit: half the cost of each stall booked. The outstanding amount for inside stalls will be due 2 weeks before the market, we will send a reminder. Details of payment methods will be sent following a confirmed application.

I understand that my indoor booking is only the measurement given, any additional space my set up may require cannot be assumed, I must confirm this with the organisers at the time of booking*Yes

I understand that rude, aggressive or abusive behaviour, verbal or otherwise will not be tolerated and that should any such incident occur, I will be asked to leave*Yes

I understand that if I fail to attend the market without notifying the market organisers, I will not be invited back*Yes

I understand that my stall booking will only be confirmed on receipt (following request) of my deposit, this amount will be half the price of my pitch*Yes

I understand my deposit is non- refundable unless the market has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances*Yes

Stall holders are responsible for their own insurance coverage for products, public liability, and any other applicable insurances. The market organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event*Yes

I understand that my booking is non transferable. Should I be unable to attend for any reason the market organisers reserve the right to reallocate the stall to the next person on the waiting list*Yes
