Early Childhood End of Term

As we bid farewell under the Summer Sun and bring the academic year to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to extend heartfelt thanks to all of our families within our Early Childhood community for your support, kindness, and partnership. Since stepping into my role in January, I have had the absolute joy and privilege of walking alongside your families and being part of your little ones educational journey, and what an honour it has been.
Each day has brought opportunities to nurture wonder, reverence, community, and a sense of belonging. Through the changing seasons, shared celebrations, stories, songs, baking, gardening, artistic work and daily rhythms, the children have grown in confidence, independence, and creativity.
To our children who are now ready to begin their journey into Class 1, we send our warmest congratulations and every blessing for the exciting adventure ahead. May they carry with them the wonder, resilience, and joyful spirit they have nurtured during their time in Early Childhood. We look forward to watching their growth from afar as they continue their journey through our school.
Along with returning families, I am pleased to share that we will be welcoming many new families into Early Childhood in September. The next academic year promises to bring positive growth, continued learning and development not only for our practitioners but also for the children and families in our care. Please do save the date and come and join us for our Early Childhood Community Gardening Day on 12th September, 10am - 12:30pm. A wonderful opportunity to spend time with friends and family doing meaningful tasks, reconnecting and continuing our work together in the Early Childhood garden.
On behalf of the Early Childhood Faculty, I wish you all a most beautiful summer time!
